Live Nation is having the best financial year due to earnings and promoting concerts. The company’s revenue upgraded to 12% per quarter and earnings per share surged to $0.53. Although, Live Nation somewhat lost the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $.55 a portion, which means the company took a decline of 1.3%.
“Our concerts business is our flywheel, attracting almost 30 million fans to shows globally in the quarter, which then drove record results in our onsite, ticketing and advertising businesses. Through October, we have sold over 80 million tickets for concerts in 2017, up 20 percent year-on-year.” – Michael Rapino, CEO of Live Nation
