Spotify's Claims Don't Fly! | MUSIK !D TV NEWS
Spotify has been under the fire of a copyright lawsuit filed by Robert Gaudio. This case will open the discussion of mechanical rights. Recently, the judge rejected Spotify’s “no licensing rights” motion. So this means that the case can go on without a fixed objection from the plaintiffs.
