Getting On The Radio For $1,000? | MUSIK !D TV NEWS
SwerrrdMedia made a proposition for your songs to be heard on the radio. Lindsey K. Williams, SwerrrdMedia’s PR director, revealed that the company established in a pay-for-play scheme.
“Know what FM stations will pick up your single and how many spins you will get before you even pay us a dime. It’s free to submit. We are the only company in the industry that does this.” – Lindsey K. Williams
SwerrdMedia made packages for artists. For example, an interview with DJ Larry Jones from Atlanta’s WDJY 99.1 FM cost $135. Normally, it cost $800 or more for each radio station to have your music played during live. Although, FCC warned people that listeners can run into co-channel intrusion with two different 95.9 radio stations.
