The Copyright Royalty Board established rates for master recording copyright owners and non-commercial webcaster for next year. The board made a 2% living improvement cost for the royalty purchased by satellite couriers who are under a mandatory license. 27 cents per subscriber monthly rate will modify to 28 cents for secluded viewers along with the commercial system rate upgraded to 58 cents.
