A small Canadian record chain, Sunrise, increased 925% in one year. In 2014, Sunrise’s current president, Doug Putman planned to bet on vinyl to help grow the company. Putman declared that smart supply-chain abilities are critical to assure that stores are well stocked.

Sunrise is still expanding outside of Canada and the US, which can be challenging for the company due to supply chain productivity and functional overhead.
